Socks are a fundamental element. There is no point in wearing good shoes if we don’t wear suitable socks, which are necessary to prevent the foot from suffering from perspiration problems or blisters.

For good foot breathability, it is not enough for our shoes to be equipped with Gore-Tex®. For our shoes to perform well, it is essential to choose the right socks, which will have a considerable effect on our comfort, particularly in terms of climate comfort.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS

Coolmax and Thermolite fibres can be washed by hand or in a washing machine at a suitable temperature of around 35°C (never above 40°C).

It is not advisable to use fabric softeners as they can impair the capillary effect, i.e. the wicking away of perspiration.

It is always advisable to wash socks inside out, as this is where sweat and dead skin cells accumulate.

The garment can be tumble dried, but the cycle should not be too aggressive. It is therefore advisable to leave the garment slightly damp and allow it to finish drying in the open air.

Its hollow core retains heat generated by movement without adding extra weight. It quickly wicks away moisture, keeping feet dry and comfortable. Highly recommended for sports activities in extremely low temperatures.

Fibre that manages and wicks away moisture, keeping feet cool and dry. Ideal for warm climates.

Smart fibre that creates a microclimate between the garment and the skin where it retains heat. It minimises perspiration. It keeps feet more comfortable by absorbing excess body heat and releasing it when necessary. Recommended for sports at high altitudes and in extreme temperatures.

Technical yarn focused on antibacterial protection. Silver is harmless to human skin and prevents the growth of a wide range of microorganisms. It provides maximum protection through the prolonged use of its technical fabrics and the reduction of bacterial growth.

Copper ions create a natural protective zone and eliminate 99.9% of the bacteria and mould responsible for unpleasant foot odours. Their therapeutic properties promote skin regeneration.
